A ceremony to liberate your womb wisdom through pelvic movement and shamanic journey. We begin with a detailed breakdown of twerk techniques, which are thought to originate from a centuries old dance called Mapouka of the Ahizi, Alladian, Dida & Avikam peoples of southeastern Côte d'Ivoire. Mapouka was danced in celebration, as communion with God, and we bring this intention into our hips. After releasing stagnancy through shaking, pulsing and gyrating, we relax into sensual meditation to merge with the vast intelligence of our wombs. Hear your womb’s voice and receive a message to support you in the next phase of your soul’s evolution. We close with a sharing circle and refreshments.

**We hold these containers with the same reverence as sweat lodge or master plant ceremony. Please arrive early and sober. Late entry is not permitted so as to maintain the integrity of the container. Please take traffic into account to give yourself plenty of time to arrive.
