Agreement of membership

​

The Rose Path (“the community”) is a private membership community, for those of mankind only; the purpose and mission of the community is to share knowledge and experience of how to live through the open heart, express the will of the soul, and embody love; information is shared for educational purposes only;

​

the community is hosted by i: a woman; christina della iacono; basic life-time membership is free and grants access to certain pieces of property (e.g., offerings) within the community; all activities through or within the community occur within the private domain only; 

​

membership commences as soon as you interact with the community, and ends whenever you or i wish to end the agreement for any reason, and write to the other to say so;

 

when you request, acquire, or participate in any community offering or event, whether physical or digital, or you request of i, to share my knowledge, skills, or presence, you confirm your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the community;

the agreement and laws are written and stated for the benefit of everyone–to maintain our relating with each other in the private, as man and woman, as God did create; and to remove any presumptions that any other soul or person may seek to bind us to a lesser form;

Affirmation

​

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;​ i choose to establish this agreement between i, and the woman: christina della iacono (hereinafter "christina");

​

i agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i apply any of the knowledge i learn here;

​

i attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website, or to any event or place provided within the community, including electronic communications, are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man or woman only;

​

i agree therefore that any claims of wrong or trespass which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a lesser legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind, where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed; ​

​

i understand that the content (i.e., property) shared through this website or within community interactions is with the intent to help others and that the man or woman who did create it is responsible for how and where to best share it; i therefore agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the said property unless i do first obtain the explicit written consent of the woman and or man who did create it;

​

i agree to act according to law, and to treat every other man or woman who participates in or works in support of the community with kindness and respect; i understand that if i do not do so, or if i act in an abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing, destructive or harassing way towards any said man or woman, that my membership will be cancelled, and i will lose access to all time and property offered by or through the community, whether or not i have remunerated or donated to access it; in such case, membership may only be restored if remedy has been made to the satisfaction of the man or woman wronged;​

i acknowledge that christina: a woman, works solely on a donation or remuneration basis; i understand than any transaction is private, between, i: a man or woman, and the woman: christina;​ i acknowledge that no business relationship is ever formed;

​

i understand that christina devotes her life to the purpose/mission of this community; any donation or remuneration given directly supports said mission and the ability of christina to further said mission; donation is defined as money or resources given towards a good cause; remuneration is defined as money or resources given for time or property (e.g., knowledge, materials, energy); all donations and remunerations are given solely in the private, as a gift, and become property of christina as soon as she receives them; i acknowledge that any donation or remuneration i give is non-returnable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing;

through my use of this website, interaction with the community, and/or participation in any community offering, i affirm that i agree to this agreement;

Laws of the community

​

The community, website, knowledge and experience offered here is provided by i: christina della iacono, a woman, on an “as is” basis, in the private;

​

the rules of the community are as follows and become law once you agree to the agreement; your use of this website in any manner, your participation in any community offering, and/or your request of i to share my knowledge, skills, or presence, confirms your agreement;

​

i, christina dellaiacono: a woman, speak to you always as a man or woman only; 

​

the knowledge and experience i offer through this website or any outlet of the community is property of i; all who use said property do so as a man or woman only, and take full responsibility for their use;

​

all who donate or remunerate for time or property through this website or any other outlet of the community, do so as a man or woman in the private, directly to i, the woman: christina della iacono;

​

any information you provide to this site you provide in the private; i consider the information you provide to this site as your property; i will respect your property and keep it private;

you can request a copy of any information that i hold about you; you can also request that i delete your information;

all who attend any online or offline events offered through the community are responsible for their own circumstances and feelings, and for how they apply any information they may receive, and do agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances or feelings, or for any consequences of such application;

i record certain online events and do sometimes publish the recordings for teaching purposes; by participating in any online event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way if you choose to speak or appear on screen;

i have the right to change these laws whenever i feel it is needed, and your continued use of the site and or participation in the community will signify your acceptance of any changes; i will write to you when i change them, and you will be able to cancel your membership if you do not agree to the changes;

these laws also apply to any events offered by or through the community, which may take place in any physical or online location;
